How we make our products
Handled with care
Each product is crafted using premium tools and it is hand shaped using our standard size tube-shaped wood. The leather is then positioned and gently rubbed until given the typical cigar shape, which then holds your precious cigars in place.
Built to resist
Our products are built to last. Once the leather is cut and shaped, it is then glued it together. Once front and back are pieced together, we use our tools to create tiny holes that will be used to sew the two pieces together with a reinforced thread.
Polished to perfection
Once finished, each and every leather product is then polished with a finishing wax that improves color, texture and durability of the leather.
